Just a quick note to direct your attention to 3 Tournaments that are happening in the Yorkshire Region. The 3 tournaments are planned for all 'County Age Group Squad Players' only with the purpose of selecting players to play for Yorkshire in the 'Northern Cup'.
The 'Northern Cup' is played over the Mayday weekend in 2012. PLAYERS WHO HAVE ALREADY PLAYED FOR YORKSHIRE THIS SEASON ARE EXCLUDED FROM THESE TOURNAMENTS.
These tournaments will be organized on a monrad/league basis depending on entries. Players will therefore have to play more than one match.
1st Tournament
- Wakefield S.C. College Grove on 7th/8th January 2012
2nd Tournament
- (venue to be arranged) on 25th/26th February 2012
3rd Tournament
- (venue to be arranged) on 31st March/1st April 2012
On completion of these three tournaments the Yorkshire squads will be selected, therefore all results in these tournaments will be taken into consideration.
All players involved will win their 'County Colour' which will be presented at the end of the season.
Entry Fee: £5
