Summer Training Squads

Andy Cockerill is running Summer Training Squads again this year. As the squads are limited to 12, make sure you get your name down early...

Themes for the squads include: Deception / Applying pressure / Video Match Analysis / Taking the ball early and Variations of pace Here are the dates for which the training squads will take place: > Tues 3rd / Weds 4th Aug - U11's / U13's -(10.30am-3.30pm) > Tues 17th / Weds 18th Aug - U15's/17's/19's -(10.30am-3.30pm) > Tues 24th / Weds 25th Aug - U11's / U13's -(10.30am-3.30pm) > Tues 31st Aug / Weds 1st Sept - U15's/17's/19's -(10.30am-3.30pm) The cost of the squads is £50 for two days training (lunch for both days is included in the price)

Example of daily schedule: 10.30am - 10.50am Introduction and Warm 10.50am - 11.30am Coaching Set 1 11.30am - 11.45am Break 11.45am - 12.30pm Coaching Set 2 12.30pm - 1.30pm Lunch (Included in price) 1.30pm - 1.45pm Video/Discussion 1.45pm - 2.30pm Coaching Set 3 2.30pm - 2.40pm Break 2.40pm - 3.20pm Matchplay 3.20pm - 3.30pm Sprints and Warm Down

Level 1 Coaching Course
